Princeton Rolls to 77-63 Over Oklahoma

FORT MYERS – Madison St. Rose tied her career high with 26 points as the Princeton Women’s Basketball Team took down the No. 20 Oklahoma Sooners, 77-63.
Princeton scored 17 of the first 20 points of the contest and led 23-7 after 10 minutes. Oklahoma charged back in the second quarter, cutting deficit to four, 27-23, but Princeton kept the top-25 team at bay and led 38-29 at the break.
An 8-0 push in the third stanza extended the Tigers’ lead to 17, 56-39, and head coach Carla Berube‘s team was never threatened the rest of the way.
It’s the fourth top-25 victory in Princeton Women’s Basketball history.
